In the context of the succession arrangement, the owner Daniel Arrigoni hands over his motorcycle business Arrigoni Sport GmbH in Adliswil (ZH) to hostettler moto ag, which is based in Sursee (LU). For its part, Arrigoni Sport GmbH will be the lessor of the shop premises.
From 1 January 2021, this business will operate under the name “hostettler moto ag | Zürich Süd” as the seventh branch of hostettler moto ag. With an area of around 3,000 m² the store offers a wide range of new vehicles from the Yamaha, Indian, Vespa and Piaggio brands. The site is also equipped with its own workshop, a varied selection of top used vehicles from different brands, a large spare parts shop, a tyre centre, as well as a motorcycle boutique for clothing and accessories.
Daniel Arrigoni, the owner, comments on this transfer: “It was very important for me to be able to find a good solution for the future of the shop. With the handover of my motorcycle store to hostettler moto ag, I know that customer satisfaction will be the main priority in the future. This is in keeping with our philosophy through the years.”
The joint owner of the hostettler group Peter Hostettler is also very pleased about this step: “With the takeover of this site, I am absolutely delighted to be able to ensure that an extremely successful motorcycle dealership with a long tradition will continue. The life’s work of the Arrigoni family will also carry on, as we too are a family business. I know what this step means to Daniel Arrigoni.”
This satisfaction is also shared by Yves Vollenweider, Managing Director of the hostettler moto ag branches: “It was important to me that all the jobs at the Adliswil site could be preserved. This means that the company can go on benefitting from the extensive expertise of the motivated team, and this will ultimately be appreciated by customers too. With Pat Sieber, we are confident that we will have an experienced person for the position of Branch Manager from January 2021. He was previously Daniel Arrigoni’s assistant. Our objective is to offer customers a comprehensive range including everything the motorcyclist could wish for.
