Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the EICMA in Milan was cancelled in 2020. Now this international two wheels exhibition will be held again on a smaller scale, whilst some motorcycle brands stay away from such fairs for strategic reasons.
The iXS brand is presenting itself at EICMA 2021 with a large and professional booth. Peter Hostettler is delighted: “Firstly, I am glad that there is an EICMA again and, secondly, that we can present ourselves to an interested audience. Being close to our customers is very important to us. Such live events are an integral part of our customer contact process. Touching products, feeling the quality and being able to speak with an expert is not something that can be easily digitized. The personal contact is very much appreciated on both sides!”
